Fitbit account deleted now all of my stats are gone

My Fitbit app was logged out when I tried to get in this evening. I tried to log in with my email I have been using for 6 years and it said account didn’t exist. Had to create a new account with the same email and all of my data is gone. Help

One thing that could explain that is if you were trying to log in with a different email than the one you actually were using before.  I know since I usually just stay logged in all the time, it might be tough to remember which email I actually used to create the account.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
