Fitbit and My Fitness Pal

So I have my Fitbit app linked to My Fitness Pal app and they are working.  I just noticed that even though what I log on My Fitness Pal app shows up on the Fitbit app, it doesn't show up in the "Today" section on the Versa Lite itself.  Shouldn't this info transfer to the tracker itself once synced?
