I personally use the 30 day average under 'time spent in each stage of sleep' as an indicator to my quality of sleep, rather than using Fitbit's sleep score. Funny thing when I looked at it today, the total score only totaled up to 98%, and I crossed checked that across a few days' of data.
I did an online check and noticed Fitbit's old blog posts (19th September 2018) totaled up to 100%. Below is the link.

Do you guys get the 98% total as well? Or am I really in a unicorn situation?

Hello @rotkappchen1809, it's good to see you around in the Fitbit Community forums. Sorry for the late response.
Thank you for sharing this information about your sleep and the 98% total in your indicators.
Before considering other options, please try logging out from the application, then restart your phone and log back in to check if you still see the 98% indicator. In addition, let me know if you're getting the same results everyday or this happened just once.
Keep me posted.

Hi Davide,
Thanks for replying.
Have just tried your suggestion - logout, restart phone, login, check if it's still 98%. Yes, it's still at 98%.
I have been getting this result everyday. I did a couple of random check up to June 2019 (as far as I could get the app to load), and it was showing 98% as well. I was pretty sure it was 100% at some point earlier in the year.
Below are screenshots of my results in the past 3 days. You'll find that all of them totaled to 98%.
Any way to have that fixed?

Hi @DavideFitbit,
Replied to you earlier, but noticed I did not tag you.
Here's another screenshot that totaled to 97% today.
