Fitbit app. Versa 2 will not connect to my home wifi

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I've been trying for a couple of days to connect versa 2 to my home wifi on my laptop. I have done everything that has been suggested and still nothing.

Now today my WiFi name is not showing up for me to select. When it did show up I entered my password for the WiFi, the app wouldn't accept my password 😞

Someone please help, I would like to download music before October.

Thank you, I have read and watch the videos several times and still
nothing! it seems the Fitbit app on my laptop is not communicating with
my WiFi or the capability to download music is no longer available . The
message reads unknown error after I enter the password.

I appreciate your help.

I'm still not able to connect to my home wifi. I have tried Everything that has been suggested. I'm getting a message unknown error when I enter my password for my WiFi on the desktop top app for Fitbit.

Hello again @BroSa

The Fitbit app is compatible with most popular phones and tablets. I’ve just realized your using the term laptop (I’ve read where individuals interchange the word laptop and tablet but they are different….I should have paid more attention to the term laptop) A laptop is a portable form of computer device with all of its input, output, and other constituent units inbuilt in one single package. A tablet is a light-weighted, portable, touch screen computer device that usually operates on a mobile OS.

To set up
Fitbit Aria Air, Fitbit Charge 4, Fitbit Sense, Fitbit Versa 2, or Fitbit Versa 3, you must use a compatible iPhone, iPad, or Android phone. You can’t set up these devices on a Windows 10 device."

Can you please look here to see if your device is compatible with the Fitbit App: https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/technology/compatible-devices

Please let me know if this answers your question and clarifies the possible issue as to why you might be experiencing connection issues.
