The Fitbit app on my iPad will not let me access my app. When I hit the Fitbit versa 2 which takes me to all apps it goes blank and takes me out of the Fitbit app completely. I have powered off my iPad and restated it, then I uninstalled the app completely , reinstalled it, still nothing. Tried a chat with two people, unfortunately some lady named Hannah was useless,then spoke to a man named Jonathan still got nowhere. Anyone else have this issue?

I’m sorry but you are wrong. I was not helped and still have not been. The issue is on your end . I have no problems with anything else on my iPad except the Fitbit app.
