Fitbit app doesnt show my wifi

The app of my fitbit doesnt find any wifi connection when i try to connect to it. Even if my wifi works and i followed every steps requested.

please help i want to sync music 😞

Have you checked out the following help article - How do I connect my Fitbit watch to Wi-Fi?

"Your watch won’t connect to 5GHz, 802.11ac, WPA enterprise, or public Wi-Fi networks that require logins, subscriptions, or profiles. If you see a captive portal when connecting to the Wi-Fi network on a computer, the network isn’t supported. A captive portal opens a web page in your browser and could ask for a username and password, payment, or acceptance of terms. This is commonly found when connecting to Wi-Fi networks in hotels, airports, coffee shops, and other public places."

You need to confirm the network you are trying to search for is a 2.4GHz network and none of what is listed in the quote above.
