Fitbit app freezes when I check my sleep stats-Versa 2

Currently getting messages throughout the day saying i am well over my step goal (i wish i was) and also the sleep schedule will not load, just freezes. No updates waiting to be done either?

Thank you for the information provided.

 

To try to resolve the issue please do the following:

 

- Log out from the Fitbit app

Restart your Fitbit Versa 2 and reboot your phone

- Log back into the Fitbit app

 

Whether this doesn't help, you can set up your watch as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab Fitbit logo and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

Hi,

Thanks for coming back to me. I have tried both and it is still happening. It is also happening on my mums fitbit app so is there an issue with the app itself?
