My Versa arrived today, set up seemed fine, I popped it on charge and the update happened, the bar went all the way across twice then the versa screen showed a welcome thing and talked me through a tutorial.
Only... The fitbit app didn't detect that and still thinks it's updating... Still thinks it's on zero...
I restarted the app a few times and it comes back on trying to update versa each time. Restarting the phone doesn't help.
I did update the app yesterday in preparation for receiving the versa.

I had an issue with my app not detecting my Charge HR after an update last year. Have you tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling? That reset it for mine.

Yep, uninstalled and reinstalled and now it's working. Although it does intermittently stop syncing... Thanks!
