When accessing the app from my phone, I can access settings features etc, but it doesn’t let me access any of the stats features (as if they were not accessible at all).

Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with the Fitbit app. I will need a bit more information before I can help troubleshoot, for example what type of mobile device are you using to access the app?
