Fitbit app icon shows numbers

My fitbit app icon on my samsung always shows numbers on it. But I dont know what should be new in the App. No new messages or anything else. Clicked through the whole app but the number 12 doesnt disappear. The numbers have raised the last days. Someone with the same problem?

Wow, @SunsetRunner! I cannot translate error message or the titles in the tiles. But can say without a doubt that I have never seen that Error message/number. Can you translate the error message (in the red box) into English.

You should probably contact Support. Hopefully they can help.

The Red Text only means that I should use gps to synchronize. Thats not what I care about.what I mean is the number 12 on the app icon.

I have same issue, mine says 3, I'm trying to attach screenshot from my phone but cant seem to attach here...

I did Reinstall the app and read all messages on the web frontend. Now there is only a one left. But I found out that this one comes from the keep alive widget setting.

Did you ever find your answer?  I believe the answer can be found in the link below.  In summary it is necessary to long hold the icon to view specific notifications.  Best to you!
