I have been using a Versa 2 for 6 months. Every morning I check my sleep score - no problem there. But, I went in to view my history, and most of the data is missing. 'No sleep score for this period'. I logged out and back in again, and even more is missing? Any help on recovering the data would be greatly appreciated.
Update: The data has returned! Weird. Must have been a glitch.

Hi there @IMH62, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your sleep score in the Fitbit app was missing. Thanks for the details provided in your post and for trying to fix the issue prior to posting here. I'm glad your data has returned now. 😉
We are not sure what might have caused this, but we would expect this to be one glitch and I would ask you to keep an eye on your sleep data. In case this happens again, please let me know and I will be glad to further investigate.
Keep in mind that you must see sleep stages in order to see your sleep score information. Please swipe left on the Sleep Score graph, here you can see information about your weekly sleep average and sleep duration. To get more detailed information, see: What's sleep score in the Fitbit app?
