After the latest update my FitBit app no longer shows my steps, just calories burned, and does not show my sleep log anymore. I have tried to edit the Home Screen and neither option is available anymore. I have restarted my phone and my FitBit. Steps show on my actual watch, but nowhere in the app. My sleep score seems to have stopped recording on my actual watch as well as no sleep data is showing on my Fitbit screen.

As per the description of your post, it seems like your Versa Lite is no longer paired to your Fitbit account. That would explain why you no longer have the option to add these tiles back. To make sure your watch has recently synced, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.

Once you manage to sync your Fitbit device, try adding the tiles back. For more information, see How do I add, remove, or rearrange tiles on my Fitbit app dashboard?
