The app does track my steps, but it does not show on my watch. What to do?

Hi @Fidtje - first hold the watch button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

Swipe the watch face left and tap on Today app, if the steps tile is shown and has matching steps to the app, there is an issue with the clock face, you probably forgot to allow permissions, in the Gallery tile change the clock face permissions and sync, or reinstall it and sync.

Or temporarily change to a other clock fac a d sync.

In the Fitbit app devices screen make sure the phone has not been selected as a device.
