Hi,
I completed my steps with 35k + steps and the app is not updating the right steps. I have logged out and in twice and it remains.The same.

I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't sync your data to your phone's app.

I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved. In the meantime, make sure that your phone has the most recent app version installed.
