Versa 3 watch is showing the same step count and other stats for every day. Syncing does not solve the problem. Any suggestions about what might be the problem and the solution?

Common problem many are having; fitbit/Google is aware of. I think if you look at fitbit.com dashboard, you can see that data is actually correct in database.

I have a charge 6 but I experience very similar misbehaviour in my fitbit app on my iPhone. Restarting the fitbit app solves the issue for a few seconds, after which the shown information is wrong again.
What worries me most is that this complaint has been present in fitbit for almost 10 years now…
