my app is collecting my steps, mileage and everything but my display on my watch says all zeros, I dont know how to fix it but resetting my watch and updating it didnt help, please help

My Fitbit versa is doing the same thing. My app tracks everything....but all zeros on my watch-please help!!!

@Ryaninwestbrook @Jordanbwilks which versa OS version are you on? .15 or .19? Also, which clock face are you using? Have you tried rebooting Versa? Once may not be enough.

Mine is doing the same thing. I'm glad I'm not the only one. I restarted by fit bit and deleted it and paired it again. I sent Fit-bit a message so hopefully they respond soon.

Same issues . Tried to restart , change display setting , charged it to full . Nothing works . It will register that it’s recharging when it’s plugged in but that’s it .

I'm so glad to learn mine isn't the only Versa doing this same thing. Syncing is working but no data on the display. no heartbeat, no steps and the display of temperature is totally wrong.
