The fitbit app is not working on my Samsung phone  he is not connected whit the Versa.

Did you add/ set up a device? That’s what you need to do when you get started.

yes my versa device is set up. the app can not connect whit my versa .On my iPad and laptop is it all right.

Hey @reikiteramai, welcome to the Community! Ok if your Versa is already paired with your Versa, as @Dennis_NL suggested, but you want to use another device to sync it, for example in this case that you want to use your Samsung phone, let me explain to you that If you receive call, text, or calendar notifications on your Fitbit device, your device has a Bluetooth "bond" with the phone or tablet that sends the notifications. This bond prevents the Fitbit device from syncing with another phone, tablet, or computer.

To quickly and temporarily disable the bond, turn off Bluetooth on your phone or tablet. You can turn it back on later to resume syncing.

If you no longer use notifications, remove the bond:

  1. Go to Settings > Bluetooth on your phone or tablet  to see a list of associated Bluetooth devices. This list might contain only your Fitbit device or also include devices like wireless speakers, headsets, etc.
  2. Tap the name of your Fitbit device and choose "Forget This Device" or "Disconnect" (exact language will differ depending on your operating system).

You can now set up your Fitbit device using another phone, tablet, or computer. For instructions, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?
