Fitbit app keeps saying I have spotify free when I have spotify premium making me unable to use it.

Latest updates are installed on all devices and apps. 

 

In the spotify settings in the fitbit app you can log into your spotify account. Every time I log in I can use the app on my phone just fine, but after a few hours the app says I've got a free account making me unable to use it on my watch. When I log out and log back in it's fine again but it's super annoying.

 

Does anyone have the same problem? How can I fix it?
