Anyone Else not getting the day, week and month numbers for calorie and steps. Fitbit is really going downhill. This app really sucks.

Thank you for bringing the difficulty to my attention. Sorry to know the difficulty.

Please confirm that you are using the latest version of the Fitbit app. 

In addition, try to perform the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the issue is still happening.
