My Fitbit was showing my heart rate all throughout the day but when looking at my app at the end of the day it’s not showing any reading history for the day

Hi, if this is the first time this happened, I would advice to wait another day and see if it persists or not. When it persists, try restarting your Versa several times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons.

As a side note, please make sure that your Fitbit is not being worn too tight.

@JuanJoFitbit It didn’t do it for a second day but that days data still stayed blank even after doing the restart process. Fitbit was not being worn to tight as I find it uncomfortable when the band is tight.
