My screen is blank on the Fitbit app. My Versa battery is at 87%, I have deleted and reinstalled the app. I have done a force sync and the Fitbit is showing up as being connected by Bluetooth. Any ideas?
I am having the same issue. I also tried reinstalling and the app fails to show the majority of my usual stats. I am pretty sure the Fitbit app is down this morning.
I just looked at my phone again and all of the stats are back again. I'm assuming it was a glitch with the app. (amazing how addicted to the stats I have become!)
