Fitbit app settings not working to change clockface

Well all day basically I've been trying to change the theme and photo on my clock face, now with the new updates to the app (I basically never use so I was unaware it updated). I use the clock face photograph by fitbit and when I press the button costomize clock face it is a white screen. I literally can't change it and my watch is now just a photo of an orange cat. Not my cat.

But I'd love it it sombody could give me some assistance in fixing this issue that I can't seem to fix. Btw the same thing happens to all clockface witch have a interchangeable clock face thing so i can't change colors or photo in clockface at all. But if you can assist that would be great 👍

Hi @Golucky - there is no fix for this problem introduced in the new V4 Fitbit App, you can only makes things worse trying to get it to work.

Fitbit don't even allow you to go back to the previous V3 version.

Since Google took over I have to click on my profile in upper right corner then select  Fitbit settings, then Connected Apps. Then Smartwatch apps - which takes you out of Fitbit into a browser it seems. 
Then click on clocks at top. This will/should eventually take you back into the Fitbit app for clock faces.  It is a huge pain.  Hate it.  Thanks Google

Absolutely ridiculous. Also made it so my weather app only shows Celsius. Can't see settings to change that either.

I have dame issue.

I feel that fitbit has gone downhill since Google took over. Sad customer:(

# as of today the issue has been resolved it might take a hot minute for everything to load but i am able to change my clockface and costomize it now #glad 💥
