Fitbit app showing notifications not running

Notification menu in my fitbit app is showing NOTIFICATIONS ARE NOT RUNNING. PLEASE RESTART YOUR PHONE. I am using one plus 7 and havr tried everything possible. Even installed app again. Everytime after 15-20 mins of usage it turns red and asks me to restart phone. Have restarted ten time now. What to do. Its pathetic

Thank you for letting me know that you're using OnePlus 7 phone and have tried the steps to resolve this. Upon checking with our Support team, I was told that you have already contacted them. I understand your concern and would like to confirm that One plus 7 is not a supported device for the Fitbit app at this moment. While it has the specifications to be compatible and may work with the Fitbit app, it's possible to come across some issues along the way.
