My Versa 2 was fine yesterday...but now it’s showing a 0 resting heart rate on my app homepage. However, when I click for the breakdown, it shows an accurate reading.

I tried resetting the heart rate on the watch & resyncing, as well as deleting the heart rate from my homepage and reinstating it.

Id rather not delete my Versa and reconnect because I don’t want to lose all my info.

ideas/suggestions?

Hi @Brittneyneff, it's great to see you around. @Shelas, welcome to the Community.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the screenshots provided. You did a great job while troubleshooting the Fitbit app! This is odd and just to confirm, does your watch also show your resting heart rate as 0? To work on this together, please give a try to the following steps:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Check if the Fitbit app is updated.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app:
For iOS devices, see this article.
For Android devices, see this article.
  4. Reboot your phone.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to check your heart rate details.

If this continues happening, I'll need you to provide me with the model of your phone and the OS/software version so I can further investigate.

Keep me posted.
