Fitbit app shows "No connection?" error message

This app requires the “internet” permission to be granted. This message appears with a big red X on my screen and I can’t get it off or figure out why it is happening.

@Nooza welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit app since it asks Internet permission.

I would like to know what is the brand and model of your phone. Make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed and there is a good Internet connection.

Also, I would like to know if you had your Versa set up before this error message started to show.

If possible, please provide a screenshot of the page that shows the error message. You can learn how to add images to your posts by following the steps listed in this thread.

Looking forward to your response! Smiley Happy
