I am using Versa 3 with iphone 13 (ios 18.3.1) and Fitbit app (version 4.37). Recently when I log in with my fitbit account, Fitbit app shows "Server error. Please try again later". Could you please help me solve this?

Thank you so much for informing us about the situation with your Fitbit account, which shows "Server error. Please try again later".
I suggest you try to restart your Versa 3: press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.
Then delete and reinstall the app and lastly restart your phone. Try to log in again.

Thanks for tor your reply. I have Versa 3 and phone restarted as your instruction. But not delete and reinstall the app. Since my concern is after reinstallation, I may lost any setting in the app. It seems this issue is because the network access limitation for some reason. I will wait for a while. Thanks anyway.
