Even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app the top is blank. I can't see my steps, my active minutes nor my calories burned. It's been a week. Getting annoyed

Hi @Julie2922 - did you also use Edit in the Fitbit App to add/move your goals and tiles?

Hi @Julie2922 - if your watch is not syncing the information cannot appear in the Fitbit App, Have a look here Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Often restarting the watch and logging out of the Fitbit App and swiping off the active window and restarting the phone helps. How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Failing that logout of the app, remove the Versa 3 entries from the phone's Bluetooth, then login to make it pair and link and sync, if it fails to do so run "+ Set up a Device" and replace and sync.

Attempted all of the above recommended steps, including a factory reset and still nothing is updating.  And the battery is still draining within 8 hrs.  Someone at Fitbit / Google needs to address this issue as too many users are experiencing the same problems, and these Band-Aid fixes are not working.

Hi @foreperry  - your issue seems to be different in that you have a faulty watch.

If the battery drains in 8 hrs orvgets hot while charging (stop immediately) it may have moisture inside

Can you chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support to determine what the actual issue is.

Hi! I did all the steps mentioned more than once. Bluetooth off... New pair and sync. Nothing works. It syncs the rest of my info sleep, activities (running), active days.

Hi Guy! Now I feel so stupid for wasting a week installing and uninstalling Fitbit when that was all I had to do. Thanks for solving my issue.

All the best!

And now for the rest of the story . . . Deleted my tracker around 10:30pm on 02/15 and then on the morning of 02/16, reinstalled, paired and guess what - all features which have been missing or not functioning properly all week are miraculously working (steps, bpm, notifications, and on-screen functions).  As well, when I re-paired the tracker, I had 52% battery and after 6 hrs of up-time, including a workout, I still have 48% battery remaining.  Best guess, on the evening of 02/15 when the tracker was continuing to update (similar to other post I saw), an update of some type was downloaded.  Gotta Luv Technology . . .

Don’t feel stupid. Steps just disappeared from my app as well, for no apparent reason…

Hi @urfe8920  - if you haven't got them back already, try logout of the app, swipe off the active window and for Android clear the storage cache and force stop it.

Login again and use Edit, with the green popup, to add/move your goals and tiles, click Done and sync after.
