When I go to the Sync Now it will sync but it will not show the updated sync? Example I sync my versa almost twice a day and it still shows that the last sync was the day I paired my versa to the app. How can I fix this issue?

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, try syncing your watch again and see if the issue gets fixed.
