Fitbit app won't show most updated sync of Versa

When I go to the Sync Now it will sync but it will not show the updated sync? Example I sync my versa almost twice a day and it still shows that the last sync was the day I paired my versa to the app.  How can I fix this issue?

@SK987 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it says that it synced but the current data doesn't appear updated.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, try syncing your watch again and see if the issue gets fixed.
