After 20 min phone call to fitbit in America. They are replacing my versa 3 band which has been causing me dermatitis. I still don't think there customer service is thst great.

Hi @Flossie99 after a twenty minute phone call and you're getting a new band? That's pretty good service to me. At least you can still use your device while waiting on the band.
