I am very disappointed in your product currently. I currently have a Versa 2 that has had constant issues with syncing. Please quit saying it's a phone issue. This has been a big issue on all devices, so I would currently say that the Versa 2 needs some serious software update. Please, please, please make this a priority. We are all getting very aggravated. Please give us some updates on how you guys are fixing the problem. It could be a very great watch. Just some simple fixes such as that.

Syncing fixed with what type of device @Mulerider? For many people, they have no issues.

I have had issues syncing with my phone since I got my versa 2, also. It works sometimes, but not usually. I have an Android phone.

What recently, at least the few times in the last 6 months and the many times before is to clear the Fitbit cache. Phone settings, Apps, Fitbit, Storage, Clear Cache
To be honest in the last 6 - 7 months with the S8 I have had almost no issues other than a few notification ones. Usually these are after an update and the phone wants me to renew permissions
