i got my versa for Christmas, yay right? NO!

over the past day it has been vibrating every so many minutes. Nothing has changed with my settings.
The syncing is horrible? Doesn't matter if i'm near my router or near my phone, or all 3.

The step count is highly under counting. i did the 100 step test and it did about 85 of them.

i have been counting my own steps, EVEN with swinging my arm while walking to see if it made a difference.. it did not. Multiple times it did not count the steps taken. I waited to see if it 'needed to catch up with me' it did not.

I have tried one day with my dominate hand, then with my non dominate hand.

I have put the app setting to dominate while it was on my non dominate hand.
I have put the app setting to non dominate when it was on my dominate hand.

I have uninstalled, forgotten device on Bluetooth. Started from scratch about 10 times since i got it .

it seemed to be working just fine for the first couple days.

I have also factory reset it && shut off the device periodically and 'restarted' .

Nothing has worked.

What else can i try ?
