Fitbit bought one month ago, has worse display problem / Screen goes wacky

Hi, I bought my versa exactly one month back from Kohls in LA. My screen goes wacky this morning and l learned from internet that this issue is happening with other people exactly one month after they bough device. Can you please let me know how can i fix it? I did two times reset for factory as well, but didn't work. I am now not in US. Please help.

 

Who should I contact? 

 

All of my money got lost?

Hi, since it is only one month old, it should be under warranty. When factory resetting did not help, I'm afraid it's a hardware issue, so contact Customer Support: https://help.fitbit.com/?l=en_US&cu=1&fs=ContactUs . Good luck.
