Fitbit calories burned not showing-Versa 2

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hi my Fitbit app logs calories burned under impact of the day. How do I change this sitting so that I see calories burned on the first instance when viewing or selecting a specific exercise?
My friends Fitbit apps shows the calories burned on the first infographic as you would expect to see it appear. Mine does not.
Thanks
Tracy

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @TLMearns.

Thank you for the information provided.

To address your question better, please provide a screen shot of the area of the Fitbit app where you would like to see your calories burned.

I'll be waiting for your response.

Hi there

As requested please find attached a screenshot of where I would expect to
see calories burned.

Please note my friend's Fitbit versa does show calories burned on this
screen. Whereas I have to click through to impact of day to see calories
burned.

My Fitbit also continually disconnects itself from receiving messages and
calls from my mobile. To be honest it's not that reliable.

Thank you
Tracy

Thanks for your response @TLMearns.

Your image doesn't seem to be attached to your response.

Regarding the second issue, I would recommend following these troubleshooting steps to resolve difficulties with notifications.

Hope this helps.
