I don't know if this relates to the recent firmware update or not, but I have noticed that my Fitbit versa battery is not performing as well as usual. My battery would normally last about three days from a full charge, but last night it ran completely out of battery over night. I plugged it in for about an hour when I was getting up the next morning (usually enough to get it a significant amount charged, at least over half) and it barely got to 20 percent. Then I plugged it in last night over night to try to get it up to a full charge and after 9 hours it has only made it to 80 percent. Any thoughts?

Mine is doing the same. It started a day or two ago and it also stopped getting text and call notifications. I’ve tried turning the versa on and off as well as turning Bluetooth on and off and it hasn’t helped.

I have the same battery drain issue. Normally it lasts for 4 days. But is is around 2 days for the last two weeks. Charging speed is normal though. There may be an issue with the latest update.

Not sure on the charging, I’ll be plugging it in later but my battery is dying way faster. I updated Fri night and here it is Sun and I have 13%. It usually lasts 5-6 days. So, I’m a little annoyed with this update.

I’m in the same boat. Updated the firmware on my Versa on Friday. Battery started draining in less than 12 hours. NOw, it won’t charge and screen remains black. I did online chat support tonight, and they tried blaming it on having a 3rd party clock face. They ended up sending me the email for a replacement for free. (I only have had my Versa since January 2019.). This is so frustrating. I’ve been using fitbit devices since the Fitbit Ultra came out. This is the first time I’m actually thinking of switching to another brand.

Same problem here with Sense. Slow battery recharge and fast battery drain. Also, spo2 is not showing in metric report which has been noted by others. Fitbit needs to understand they have a problem. I don’t know if it is due to Google control now, but the versa is not working as it did before their purchase. Stop asking for what operating system, what this, what that. The problem is on your end, not your customers. Check the programs.

Oops. sense, not versa as stated above.

Something is wrong with their update. This is a general occurrence. They need to stop trying to blame customer and fix their operating system. Since Google purchased, Sense has stopped working as it did including showing SP02 in metric report. Stopped period and has not returned. Fix this please. And notify your customers that you are working on it.
