My fitbit would not sync. So I turned blue tooth off and on, restated the app and the watch no luck. So I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Now when I try to log in it says Fitbit. com is unavailable. Please try again later.

I am able to log in on a computer

Hi @LCab - if you can clear the storage cache and force stop the Fitbit App and swipe the Fitbit App window off.

 

Restart the phone and try again.

 

If that does not work try chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
