I am trying to choose the Bitmoji clock face but by connecting to snapchat there’s an error message. The url to snapchat gives an error.
i followed all the steps en have reset my watch but still the connection failed.

Some clock faces may take a long time to install due to the size of the clock face. I recommend connecting the watch to Wi-Fi when installing clock faces.

Hi,
Have tried this, in addition to resetting the watch 3 times and downloaded the latest version of Snapchat and Bitmoji. But no luck!!
The fault lies in the connection between fitbit and snapchat. Every time i click connect, after the selection of the clockface, i get the following error, see attachtment. There is nothing i can do.

We reset the watch several times, tried trough WiFi and blue tooth but non of it works.
I followed all the steps Fitbit recommends.
Can you please help me further??

Thank you for sending a screenshot, I appreciate your time and efforts. I recommend stopping the app, turning off and on Bluetooth, then reopening the app. Please also confirm if you've tried the steps from this help article.

tried it but getting the same error.
Whats the problem and can Fitbit solve it?
