@fitDevD Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well!

Let me help you with your syncing issues with your Blaze and phone and with your inquiry about it working with the Versa 2. Your phone doesn't show as compatible but that doesn’t mean it won’t work it just means that it hasn’t been tested by our team. You can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  • You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

If you purchase your Versa 2 you can try it during the return window and see if this works for you.

Let me know how it goes.

Hello,

I  have a One Plus 6 phone and a Fitbit Charge 3. No issues with connecting. I may upgrade in the next month to a Versa SE. Let us know if you have any problems with it.
