Fitbit customer service and Versa3 are the worst

I have versa 3 and this is my second fitbit

Now just after less than 2 years it stoped getting charged. Which is such a surprise for me.

I called customer service and the agent asked about the issue and told me will send me an email. I was under the impression that he is going to send me some technical information but all he sent was a 30% discount for my next purchase. I replied to his email but he didn't even answer.

I had to chat with another agent to realize  my watch is not fixable. And as it is not under warranty even they don't bother themself to let me know just by sending a discount they get rid of you.

I wonder why you think sending an discount code makes people happy to buy another one.

Please just don't buy Fitbit!!
