Fitbit desktop app can't connect to my WIFI

Hi

 

I want to transfer music to my Fitbit Versa, which can only be done via the desktop app.

I already changed my settings so that I'm on the 2.4 GHz instead of 5 GHz, I've turned off my phone's Bluetooth, and my Versa is currently not connected to the laptop's Bluetooth. Still, the desktop app can't find any WIFI networks on my laptop. I really don't know what else to do to make this work. Any help is welcome!
