Fitbit destroyed my watch and won't replace it.

I have just had the most useless half-hour on the online chat. Fitbit's latest update absolutely DESTROYED my watch, which had been working perfectly until yesterday. After wasting 30 minutes of my time, I was offered 25% off a new watch. FITBIT BREAKS MY WATCH and thinks I will buy a new one from them? Worst customer service ever. My husband and son both have watches, but I can assure you that we will NEVER purchase another Fitbit product after this ridiculous experience.

I was just doing the new update and it was going as normal and in the middle of it the screen went black, the update said it lost the connection and now, the fitbit wont work and the the app cant find the Fitbit to continue the update
