My fitbit doesn't light up anymore when I turn my wrist to look at it. I have to press the button every time to see what time it is? Can anyone help me with this ?

Hi, @Deeeesdown! First, make sure quick view is turned on in your tracker's settings. Next, try restarting your tracker a few times.

My fitbit doesn't seem to have Quick View, and I am also having this issue... I just updated my firmware, and rebooted a couple of times, still no view on wrist snap... worked yesterday but no longer after that. Any ideas? thanks!

Edit: never mind, I found that Sleep Mode was somehow toggled on, and that was killing Quickview. Turned of Sleep mode and now its working fine again...

What would be helpful is actually advising on HOW to turn on the quick view in the settings. Where do you access this "quick view" in the settings? Is that via the app settings, or do you have to be access these settings in a browser version? Any screenshots you can provide? I hate to have to ask for this much detail but the Fitbit documentation is absolutely terrible on both the mobile app and the browser versions.
