Fitbit died 12 weeks out of warranty

Absolutely appalled by customer service. My fitbit stopped working 12 weeks out of warranty. Screen black. Offered 35% discount to buy a new one. Why would I buy a new one when all I got was two years. I have bought 4 fitbits for myself and family members. I even recommended them to 4 friends who also bought one each. I offered to pay to send it back to get fixed and all I was told was to buy a new one. Atrocious customer care.

The customer service is insulting to customers. They offered me a discount to replace the faulty replacement THEY sent me and completely ignored half the issues with my device when speaking with them.

Very interesting to read, I did an update last week and now it's not working. Probably the cause of the problem! That's probably why they won't do anything for me.

Absolutely! Check out the post about the latest update. A lot of people have posted the issues they’ve had since, and also the “solutions” provided to them by customer service

I updated  my Versa 2 as well last week..now it won't  swipe. This is the replacement  I was sent in November for the same not swiping issue with my 1st one. Versa hasn't  proven its $200 value  whatsoever. I think I'll  switch  to a cheaper fitbit.

Same issue i had with my Versa 2 regards the warranty My tracker is now dysfunctional and there is no service option available!! This is unreal.. their software update has broken my watch
