Hello,

Went into the hottub tonight, with my Versa 2 on. Changed to swim mode so that touch screen would not be engaged. After  15 minutes it died. Tried the reset, saw the Fitbit logo come on and then nothing. Thought the battery had died so plugged it in to the charger. Within minutes it heated up. Have let it sit now for over 2 hours and tried the reset again, nothing. Please help. My watch isn’t even a year old.

No stress. Let your tech smarts go to work. Fitbit has a lot of work
arounds. My first generation versa is still at its best. Don't be afraid to
chat on the web site, Youtube. Pull up your dashboard make it happen don't
give up.
