My fitbit is dying rapidly even after I restarted it several times. I don't use the apps but deleted some off my fitbit just in case that was the culprit. My fitbit is still dying and today shut off by itself out of nowhere. I reached out to support last week and haven't received a message or email back. I need a replacement fitbit ASAP!

@SKash87 I always had pretty much instant results with the chat support option.
