Hi!
I got a Fitbit Versa and my mom got my charge 2.
i have tried to set up a family for us,
did the inviting and all. But I can’t see my moms account in the family part of the app. And I can’t join a family because I’m already in a one. But I can’t see it?
ehat can the problem be? I did really looked forward to the family part of Fitbit and now I can’t even get it working??

Child accounts connected to a family can only use the new Ace fitbit. You won't be able to connect your Versa. See the following help help file for more information: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2347/
