Fitbit froze and then won’t turn back on

My Fitbit versa froze and then turned off and won’t turn back on. It was 70% charged so I know it hasn’t run out. I tried resetting it but it didn’t work and I’m not sure what to do now, any help would be much appreciated

My old Charge 3 did this and I emailed Fitbit. They advised me to reset the watch and it solved the problem. To reset the Charge I had to have it plugged in to the charger and hold the side button until it went off. Maybe try the same?

@KerryF Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa screen has frozen. Thank you for taking the time to restart it before contacting our forums.

Please have your Versa's battery to drain completely. After this, charge it for 2-3 hours and see if the screen stops freezing.

@Leaby Thank you so much for sharing your feedback and the steps that helped you to get this issue resolved.

I'll be around if more assistance is needed! Smiley Happy
