Fitbit fully charged but not working

My Fitbit is at 100% charge when plugged in, however, when I take it off the charger it states 0% battery and won't turn on. My back button doesn't work very well so when I have tried to restart it, it isnt working but I am unsure if this is because of the button being faulty. Any advice would be great as I love my Fitbit!

Did you get any joy from this? Mine has stopped working today it flashed up said it was charging, started to open the running app then the Fitbit logo came on and it’s not turned on since. I’ve charged this so it’s not the battery even though I knew it wasn’t as I only charged it the day before yesterday and I have tried resetting with no luck. I’ve only had it just over a year!

I contacted Fitbit as nothing seemed to work and they were super helpful and after answering a few questions and working out it was still under warranty, I ordered a free replacement today 😊

Were you able to get your problem resolved? I'm in the trouble shooting stages after mine shut off during the night this past Thursday and won't turn back on unless plugged in and even then my phone can't find it very often.

Having the same issue and have been going back and forth with customer service. It's very frustrating since I've tried everything that they've told me, plus things I've seen on the community forums. It's a decoration on its charger.

They were really great with me. I logged the complaint and I received an offer of a new one (same model) or 50% off any other model. I assume this must be a common fault with the versa as I wasn’t asked to send it in or post videos which I have seen some people have had to do
