Fitbit grossly over estimating my calorie burn for last 5 days

  • According to my app i have burnt on excess of 12 k calories a day which obviously is not correct! Can anyone help shed some light on what is going on please?

1) Check your weight to make sure it is not entered much too high.

2) Take a look at your heart rate chart to see if it looks reasonable.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Mine has been as well since last Sunday. Everyday it has measured my heart rate excessively high so cal burn is sky high. Like laying on the couch I’m at 158. It has also stopped with the detailed sleep readings at night. I no longer have the patience to try to get ahold of anyone at help support.
