Fitbit has a red light at the back

My fitbit versa has a red light on the back and it isn't showing my heart rate, been like this for a few days no

Hi @JOG5  - did you try to restart it through Shutdown in the watch Settings About menu

Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it.

Hi, yeah I have tried everything I found to try get it to work again. 

It's annoying me as I wear my fitbit everyday and have used fitbits for over 5 years.

Hi @JOG5 - Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you try a more intense repair.

Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.

If it is still under warranty, 1 or 2 years depending on country law, and found faulty it may be better to take it to the shop for a new replacement, rather than accepting a refurbished replacement from Fitbit and dealing with sometimes drawn out return and shipping issues that may occur
