My Versa 2 info is not showing up on my Trainerize app. It is connected, and takes a minute to sync, but info doesn't transfer. I've revoked and re-started and still nothing.

In this case I would recommend following the next steps:
- Log out from the Fitbit app
- Reboot your phone
- Log back into the Fitbit app
- Check out if your Fitbit account is linked to Trainerize app, if not please connect them once again.
